Manager After Sales Service (m/f/d) Special Mechanical Engineering

What you can expect from us:

  • professional and disciplinary management of the Afters Sales Service team, consisting of our service technicians, employees of the spare parts sales department and technical support 
  • further development and optimization of service processes and competencies worldwide under the aspect of a customer and cost-oriented approach 
  • expansion and optimization of the international spare parts business in close cooperation with the sales department and subsidiaries
  • definition and implementation of the technologies and framework necessary for international activities
  • participation in strategic and operational planning 
  • continuous improvement of complaint management and responsibility for warranty and goodwill decisions in coordination with the sales management
  • organization and securing of our service hotline

 

Ideally, you should bring the following with you as a basis for your work:

  • completed technical training with qualified further training to become a master craftsman, technician or corresponding studies. Perhaps you already have knowledge of fluid mechanics and drive technology or process and plant engineering 
  • professional experience in personnel management, ideally in the area of after sales/service 
  • very good communication skills in German and English
  • own initiative and strength of implementation 
  • distinct customer orientation
  • solution-oriented working methods as well as analytical and conceptual skills
  • readiness for international business trips
